What that means to you as the vendor is that your property is professionally appraised and subsequently marketed by us, anywhere on the Tweed, by way of an active, professionally designed internet website, attractive, eye-catching street signage, window display, open house (if desired) and (by agreement) advertising in the local press, to be expanded at your direction (and cost by negotiation).
The principal of ALL-IN-1 Real EstateŽ (Tweed) is a solicitor of long standing, first admitted as a barrister in 1976, who transferred to the roll of solicitors in 1985.
The legal services are provided within the offices of Gavin Lawrie & Associates, Solicitor of Murwillumbah.
That conveyancing covers residential, commercial, rural, and includes strata conveyancing, both residential and commercial.
Our offices are modern, in an attractive and convenient location, small, intimate and personal, with up-to-date office equipment, practices and procedures.
The practice comprises Gavin as solicitor, and Marissa his secretary. You will at all times receive friendly and personalised service, and at any time during the conveyance, we are only a ‘phone call away.
This conveyancing service is offered to you within the ‘all-up’ real estate agent’s commission of 2.5% of the sale price, plus GST. There is no more to pay, except additional media advertising by arrangement.
